Production SupervisorThe Supervisor is responsible for all activities involved in production line operations, ensuring a safe, well-organized, efficient operation with minimal downtime. This role supports Farmer Focus by strictly adhering to company standards and procedures, customer specifications, quality standards, GMP requirements, and the department HACCP Plan. The Supervisor assigns, trains, mentors, and monitors team members in accordance with company policies and government regulations while helping drive continuous improvement, strong production performance, and a positive team culture.Compensation: $65,000 -$80,000 / yr.Farmer Focus offers a competitive total rewards package designed to support team members' health, financial well-being, and professional growth. Available offerings may include weekly payroll, paid time off and sick leave, semi-subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision plan options, a 401(k) plan with company match, education reimbursement opportunities, employee assistance programs (EAP), and internal learning, development, and career growth programs.Two years of proven supervisory experience in process optimization, operations, or business management.Ability to recognize changes in the production environment and respond appropriately.Demonstrated positive attitude and uncompromising regard for quality.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively with a variety of team members.Demonstrated ability to guide others effectively and positively influence the attitude and performance of team members.Bilingual English and Spanish skills preferred but not required.Experience in food manufacturing preferred.Ability to champion safety, quality, and GMP standards as needed.Must be able to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.New team members must be able to pass a drug, alcohol and background screening post-offer and prior to the start of their employment. Must be authorized to work in the United States. The Immigration Reform and Control Act requires that verification of employment eligibility be documented for all new employees by the end of their third day of work.This role is required to access the poultry production environment and must be able to tolerate varying heat, wet, and chilled conditions in the plant. Hearing and eye protective equipment are required in the production area. Team members are also required to wear hair nets and beard nets, as applicable, while in the production area.This position does not have an application deadline.
