Shift Manager

Who We Are Ayvaz Pizza, a franchisee of Pizza Hut, is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to assist with daily operations and ensure that each customer visit results in friendly, personalized service and great food promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. Job Summary We are looking for a self‑motivated, dynamic team player to provide exceptional guest service and support, working closely with Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. Who You Are Personable, results‑oriented self‑starter, a go‑getter. Responsibilities Train and supervise crew members. Monitor and reinforce food safety standards and procedures. Interact with customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner. Execute cost control systems. Delegate prep and cleaning assignments as needed throughout the shift. Required Skills and Knowledge Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure. Dependable and reliable. Good written, math, and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation. Minimum 18 years of age for manager role. Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law. Flexible work availability. Results‑oriented and customer‑focused. Previous customer service work experience helpful. Will undergo background screening in accordance with local laws and regulations.
