This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who is looking to build hands-on experience in a professional and client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review individual (1040) and partnership (1065) tax returns Assist with gathering and analyzing financial information to ensure accurate tax filings Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and compliance requirements Communicate with clients to obtain documentation and answer basic tax-related questions Collaborate with senior staff and partners during busy season to ensure deadlines are met Perform general accounting duties as needed to support the team Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (required) 1 to 2 years of experience preparing individual and/or partnership tax returns Familiarity with tax preparation software (e.g., UltraTax, ProSeries, or similar) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work fully on-site at the firm’s Blue Lagoon office Why Join?
