Position
Restaurant Manager (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Train, schedule, and evaluate team members.
• Manage inventory, food ordering, and cost controls to minimize waste.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
• Ensure compliance with Subway brand standards, health regulations, and company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Prepare reports, manage cash handling procedures, and oversee daily deposits.

Qualifications

• 1 Year restaurant Management Experience
• Must have car, valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage staff and build a positive team culture.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and financial accountability.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate is an energetic, results-driven leader who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences while developing a high-performing team. You'll be responsible for maintaining operational excellence, driving sales, and creating a welcoming environment for both customers and employees.

Physical : Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
