The Restaurant General Manager leads all daily operations at the restaurant, overseeing staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial performance. Reporting directly to regional management, this role ensures smooth and efficient execution of local operational activities while fostering a positive work environment and driving business growth. The position offers clear career progression and occasional travel for training or meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all restaurant staff directly
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Oversee inventory control and supply management
• Maintain budget oversight and financial reporting
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Lead training and development initiatives

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant management
• Associate degree in Business or related field
• Strong team leadership and communication skills
• Experience with customer service and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting
• Proficient in scheduling and staff training
• Familiarity with health and safety compliance
• Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems
