Loan Specialist

Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about supporting the lending process? We're looking for a Loan Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring loans are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. As a Loan Specialist, you'll work closely with lenders and internal teams to support the loan lifecycle from documentation and processing through funding and file maintenance. What You'll Do: Support loan officers and respond to customer inquiries regarding loan accounts, balances, payments, and servicing requests Coordinate and manage loan documentation, including credit reports, appraisals, title work, flood determinations, and other required items Prepare, organize, and maintain loan files while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations Build and manage loans in AccuAccount, scan documents, and facilitate electronic signatures Assist with loan funding, audits, examinations, construction draws, and floorplan processing Maintain accurate records and documentation through document imaging and loan processing systems What We're Looking For: Previous experience in loan processing, loan documentation, banking, or a related field preferred Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan processing systems Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Strong customer service mindset with the ability to resolve issues professionally Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively You’ll be part of a team dedicated to helping customers achieve their financial goals while supporting a strong lending operation.
