Fivos Group is a rapidly expanding consulting & recruiting firm specialized in industrial maintenance, skilled trades, and engineering support. We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to join our recruiting team. What You'll Do: Source and recruit candidates through outbound calls, ATS/CRM (Bullhorn), social media, and networking events. Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications and characteristics. Build relationships with job seekers and act on their best interests. Coordinate interviews and communicate with both candidates, customers, and colleagues. Manage recruiting activity and candidate pipelines What We're Looking For: Entry Level, Mid-level, Senior Level experience accepted. Strong communication and relationship-building skills Critical thinking and high value decision making. Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Proven experience hitting KPIs, quotas, and deadlines. Organized with strong follow-up skills. Coachable with a desire to develop personally and professionally. Sales, recruiting, or manufacturing experience is a plus Must be within Greenville, SC, Atlanta, GA, Columbia, SC, or Charlotte, NC areas. What We Offer: Competitive base salary. (Based on experience) $40,000 - $70,000 Uncapped commission and bonus opportunities OTE $105 - $200k (Expected within 1 year) Hybrid-Remote. (Work from home) On-site with customers.
