Technical Support SpecialistAs a Technical Support Specialist, you'll serve as the frontline expert for OEMs, operators, and customers across Gogo's full product portfolio. Your day-to-day will involve remote and onsite troubleshooting of avionics configurations, satellite network issues, and cabin communications systems. You'll provide technical guidance on everything from VHF datalink and ATG networks to Inmarsat, Iridium, and ViaSat data, voice, and internet services. You'll also contribute to product development by supporting QA activities, software regression testing, and lab-based hardware configuration.You'll be the person others turn to when something isn't working, which is a position of real standing. Customers, operators, and even Gogo's own engineers will rely on your judgement to get to the bottom of complex problems, often with an aircraft waiting on the answer.
