Job Description The Brad Kiesling Agency is a growing Farmers Insurance agency located on the Little Elm/Aubrey border, and we’re looking for an experienced salespeople to join our small team. We’re looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, is comfortable picking up the phone, and knows that good sales usually come from good conversations and consistent follow-up. You’ll spend a good part of your day working leads, talking with prospects, building relationships and asking for the sale. Insurance experience is not required. Sales experience is. If you know how to connect with people, handle objections, follow up and close business, we can teach you the insurance side. We offer Auto, Home, Business and Life Insurance, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to help clients with more than one need while building relationships and growing your income. Because we’re a small agency, you won’t feel like just another salesperson. We work together, help each other improve and want someone who enjoys being part of a team. At the same time, this is a sales position, so we’re looking for someone who is motivated by goals, takes ownership of their results and wants the opportunity to earn more as they produce more.
