Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule Options:

1st Shift | Monday - Wednesday | 4 AM - 4 PM | $15/hr. (working every other Thursday)
2nd Shift | Mondya - Wednesday | 4 PM - 4 AM | $16/hr. (working every other Thursday)
3rd Shift | Friday - Sunday | 4 AM - 4 PM | $16/hr. (working every other Thursday)
4th Shift | Friday - Sunday | 4 PM - 4 AM | $17/hr. (working every other Thursday)

Requirements

Need to have a can-do attitude

Maintain a clean and organized work area

What You Will Do

As a Production Operator you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Production Operator is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through production activities that help create quality finished products. This role requires dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently follow production procedures.

Successful Production Operator professionals understand manufacturing processes, production quality, workplace safety, and teamwork while maintaining productivity and operational efficiency. Consistency and reliability are essential characteristics for success.
