More information about the company, its products, and its culture is available at Role Description The Production Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at our facility in Fort Lawn, SC. This role is responsible for inspecting, preparing, cutting, and folding fabric for production in a fast-paced print-on demand manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials meet quality standards and are accurately prepared to support efficient production and on-time order fulfillment. Responsibilities/Duties Inspect incoming and printed fabrics for defects, print quality, color accuracy, and material consistency. Measure, cut, and prepare fabric according to production specifications and work orders. Fold, organize, label, and stage fabric for sewing and other production processes. Verify customer orders and ensure materials are matched to the correct production jobs. Identify and report quality issues or damaged materials before they enter production. Maintain accurate production records and update work order status as required. Assist with inventory organization and material handling. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with production, planning, and quality teams to meet daily production goals. Follow all company safety procedures and standard operating procedures. Minimum Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing, textiles, apparel, print-on-demand, or production is preferred but not required. Ability to accurately measure and cut fabric using manual or automated cutting equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment. Must be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
