Human Resource Generalist Randolph, MA | Full-Time Support a Fair, Respectful, and Compliant Workplace May Institute is looking for an experienced Human Resource Generalist - Employee Relations to join our HR team. In this role, you’ll lead investigations and make recommendations to guide managers and employees through workplace concerns. This is a key position for someone who values integrity, confidentiality, and meaningful impact. What You’ll Do Lead fair, thorough investigations into employee concerns and allegations of employee misconduct Advise managers and staff on investigation outcomes and next steps Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of all investigations and employee relations matters, including notes and reports Identify trends arising from investigations and recommend solutions to promote a positive work culture What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or commensurate experience 3–5 years’ experience in employee relations or workplace investigations Strong knowledge of employment laws (ADA, FMLA, Title VII, etc.) Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to other May Institute sites as business needs require Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion Why Join Us?
