HR Communications Generalist

Old Colony YMCA

Old Colony YMCA in Brockton, MA is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to assist with the administrative function of the HR department.

You will provide general administrative support, help manage HRIS modules, support employee reviews, and prepare monthly HR updates. Strong communication, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.

We offer a 35-hour work week with some flexibility, comprehensive benefits from day one, PTO, LTD and life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
