Best Buy’s Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician role is based in our local Massachusetts store, where you’ll diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices while delivering exceptional customer experiences by listening to needs and collaborating with fellow agents. You’ll maintain thorough documentation, adhere to repair procedures, and stay current with knowledge and certifications through ongoing training.
