Senior HR Generalist — Multi-State Employee Relations
EDP
EDP is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to support employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR operations across multiple states. You will partner with managers and employees, address workplace concerns, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting growth and acquisitions. In the first 90 days, you will build relationships with General Managers, own employee relations guidance, manage active leave cases, and audit HR records.
