Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your background in providing speech and language services to children, whether you are an experienced SLP-CCC or a motivated Clinical Fellow (CFY), will help ensure students receive the support they need to thrive academically and socially. With a consistent 37.5-hour weekly schedule, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful connections and see the long-term impact of your work.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred or strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a pediatric, school-based, or healthcare setting highly valued
• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy for 1st-3rd grade students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Maintain accurate and timely student records while collaborating with teachers, parents, and professionals
• Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions to support educational outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to the educational team
