Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, contract opportunity offers the chance to work directly with 1st through 3rd grade students during the 2026-2027 academic year. You'll have the support of a collaborative school team as you help young learners build communication skills essential for their educational success.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly valued
• Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for school-aged children
• Comfortable managing a caseload of 1st-3rd graders with varied speech and language needs
• Engaging communication and teamwork skills
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)

Role Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to students, monitoring progress and adjusting goals as needed
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to support each student’s IEP objectives
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and federal guidelines
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team
