Job Description

HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a permanent position with an established ambulatory surgery organization in California’s Central Valley near Merced.

This opportunity offers an exceptional three-day workweek, a diverse outpatient case mix, and a predictable schedule without call, nights, weekends, or holidays.

Position Highlights

Permanent CRNA position
Annual earning range of approximately $280,000–$350,000
Three-day clinical workweek
Eight-hour daily guarantee
No call, nights, weekends, or holidays
Outpatient ambulatory surgery setting
Independent-contractor arrangement
$8,000 sign-on bonus with a 12-month commitment

Responsibilities

Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments
Review patient histories and diagnostic information
Develop individualized anesthesia plans
Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
Perform regional blocks when clinically appropriate
Monitor patients throughout surgical and procedural cases
Support postoperative recovery and pain management
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and procedural teams
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Follow applicable quality and patient-safety standards

Case Mix

Cases may include:

Gastroenterology
Ophthalmology
Orthopedics
Plastic surgery
Urology
Otolaryngology
Oral surgery
General surgery
Pain management
Podiatry
Gynecology
Cardiology

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program
Current NBCRNA certification
Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Experience performing regional blocks
Strong independent-practice and clinical decision-making skills

Compensation

Annual earning range: approximately $280,000–$350,000
$8,000 sign-on bonus with a 12-month commitment
Permanent independent-contractor position
