Business Analyst II

Business Analyst II

Participation in the planning and execution of the day-to-day commercial operations activities for the Winthrop and Legacy Brand U.S. portfolio.

Duties include:

Assisting with pricing analysis
Managing pricing updates and corrections
Assisting with contract development, implementation, administration and compliance
Assisting with ad-hoc detailed analysis
Manage customer requests (including tracking to ensure completion/resolution)
Manage customer deductions (including validation of deductions and disputes when necessary)
Monitor customer returns levels
Liaison with various business partners including customer service, order management, reverse logistics, supply chain and finance

Skills:

1-3 years comparable industry experience
Strong organizational skill set
Strong communication skills
Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft office suite including excel and PowerPoint
Background in contract administration
