ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2004 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in B2B sales with Gateway Computers. As the company was winding down, an opportunity with State Farm came along and ultimately led me to build a new career in agency ownership. Outside of work, I'm a proud dad of two adult daughters and enjoy hiking, cooking, golfing, and spending time with family.

Giving back is important to our agency, and we're especially involved with local youth sports organizations and enjoy supporting young people in our community.

As Account Representative for Don Guzman Insurance Agency Inc., you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
