Job Title : KYC Analyst (Maker) Location : Onsite - Jacksonville, FL Job Summary We are looking for KYC Analysts (Makers) to support our compliance efforts by conducting comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews. The role involves collecting and verifying customer information to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. This position requires 2-4 years of experience in KYC processes and is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with a solid understanding of compliance standards. Key Responsibilities KYC Documentation Preparation : Collect, review, and verify customer documentation to establish customer identity and assess risk. Data Collection and Validation : Ensure accurate input and validation of customer data in line with KYC policies. Risk Assessment : Conduct initial risk assessments on customer accounts and ensure proper documentation is in place for different risk levels. Customer Due Diligence (CDD) : Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk accounts. Collaboration : Work closely with KYC Checkers (QC) to address any issues or discrepancies and ensure timely processing of files. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all KYC files meet internal and regulatory standards, and stay up-to-date with KYC and AML regulations. Qualifications Experience : 2-4 years of experience performing KYC reviews, ideally within a financial institution or regulated industry. Knowledge : Familiarity with KYC, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and regulatory requirements. Skills : Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a high-paced environment. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams. Location Requirement : This is an onsite role in Jacksonville, FL.
