Compensation
Pay Range:$43.92-$64.60 Per HR

Description

Gather and analyze requirements in a structured manner.
Document functional requirements from stakeholders using various methods.
Translate technical language into business terms and vice versa.
Create detailed functional specifications for system development.
Document requirements and user stories in a project management tool.
Develop process flow diagrams and other artifacts to illustrate system functionality.
Recommend solutions for optimizing business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Work with technical teams to ensure systems meet functional requirements.
Assist testing teams in developing test plans for system validation.
Manage the product backlog and refine user stories.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Analyze data to provide insights for business decisions.
Coordinate with various partners for requirement analysis and approval.

Qualifications

Experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst.
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and negotiating priorities.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
