You will be expected to remain highly observant of changes in a patient's condition, maintain a proactive workflow, and collaborate closely with the nursing team to ensure high-quality care.To be successful in this role, you must possess a genuine desire to help others feel better, accept feedback and coaching well, and demonstrate a strong eagerness to continuously learn and grow as a care provider.Conduct hourly rounds on approximately 8 to 10 patients, checking vitals, maintaining whiteboard information, and assisting with care as neededCollaborates with RN in implementation of planAssists patients with activities of daily living according to standards of care and hospital protocolReports significant observed or reported alterations in the patient conditionAssists with patient admission, discharge and transferRequired:Documentation of successful completion of a Nursing Assistant training program or EMT program, or completion of first block of nursing programAmerican Heart Association Basic Life Support certificatePreferred:Two (2) years experience as an NA in an acute care hospital settingAZ CNA LicenseEmergency Medical Technician: AZ (EMT:AZ)Are you ready to join a healthcare family where your values align with ours?
