Field Laboratory PhlebotomistThis position covers an addiction recovery clinic that will collect and process urine and some blood specimens.Start Date: 6/23/2026Monday-Friday8:00am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch)(40 hours per week)The phlebotomist will perform the following duties while delivering superior customer service:*1 year phlebotomy experience preferred*Collection of urine samples and complete all required paperwork with patient present.*Perform blood draws on addiction recovery patients*Take inventory of sampling supplies and ordering as needed.*Maintain a high level of accuracy in all documentation.*Follow HIPAA policies.*Must work efficiently with a team of addiction recovery professionals.RequirementsCandidates who wish to apply for this opportunity should possess the following requirements:Adaptable to different environmentsReliable transportationSome medical experienceGood communication skillsStrong customer service skillsGood computer skillsEMR experience, KIPU experience is a plusPhysical activities include frequent walking, sitting, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting and squattingIf you meet the requirements of the position and are interested in the opportunity, please reply with a copy of your resume.
