HVAC Service ManagerBellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is growing, and we are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our South Bay operations. Bellows services customers throughout the entire San Francisco Bay Area. This position supports our South Bay operations and serves Santa Cruz, Monterey, Santa Clara, and San Mateo counties. We are headquartered in Santa Cruz.This is a key leadership role within our company. We are looking for someone who can motivate, train, and lead a team of HVAC technicians while driving performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a strong leader with a proven track record in HVAC service management. The right person will be proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing both people and performance in a fast-paced environment.Position OverviewThe HVAC Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential and light commercial HVAC service team, including service, repair, and replacement work.This role focuses on leading technicians, driving service and sales performance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership, operational awareness, and the ability to evaluate and improve team performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and support HVAC service technicians in the fieldHire, train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and skillsetsConduct team meetings and performance evaluationsDrive service and sales performance to meet or exceed company goalsProvide sales support including onsite estimates and bid assistanceAssist with dispatching to ensure proper technician assignmentMonitor schedules, productivity, and team efficiencyResolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfactionAnalyze performance and adjust strategies to meet business objectivesUtilize Service Titan and other tools to manage operations and reportingSupport daily operational and administrative functionsQualifications• Minimum 5+ years of HVAC service management experience• Strong technical knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals• Experience leading, coaching, and developing technicians• Strong understanding of flat rate pricing systems• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment• Strong communication and leadership skills• Highly organized with strong problem-solving ability• Proficient with Service Titan, Microsoft Office, and mobile technology• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving recordWhat We Offer• Competitive pay based on experience• Medical, dental, and 401(k) with company match• Paid vacation• Ongoing training and development• Family-friendly schedule• Positive work environment• Growth and advancement opportunitiesBellows is growing, and we are looking for a leader who wants to grow with us while driving performance, developing a strong team, and delivering excellent service to our customers.
