Toyota Sales Consultant

Job Title Candidate must be able to generate appointments and 12-15 sales per month through floor traffic, email, phone calls, text messages, etc. Assist incoming clients and incoming phone calls. Be available to respond to clients via email, phone, and text in a professional, well-spoken manner. Quotes pricing, rates, and automobile availability to clients. Understands and implements the dealership sales process (training provided). Learn product knowledge on the current model line and become a certified product representative. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Build strong rapport with customers. Perform high-quality, professional, knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles. Maintain customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience. Previous sales experience preferred but not required. Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The willingness to continually follow up with clients. Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record. Weekends are required.
