Community Employment Specialist / Job CoachHours vary, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.We are seeking a Community Employment Specialist / Job Coach in Erie County to play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to gain and maintain meaningful employment, while also encouraging active participation in their communities. As an Employment Specialist / Job Coach, you'll assist individuals in building job skills, crafting resumes, preparing for interviews, and navigating the workplace to foster independence and inclusion.This position requires the use of your own vehicle and is part-time with no guaranteed weekly hours.
