Multi-Unit Human Resources Generalist – Grocery RetailThis position will require relocation to Eastern South Carolina.A highly field-oriented Human Resources Generalist supporting a multi-unit grocery retail operation across approximately 12–20 stores in Eastern South Carolina. This role is embedded directly in store operations and works side-by-side with Store Managers and District Leaders to drive workforce stability, employee relations execution, compliance, and leadership development across high-volume frontline retail environments. This is an operator-leaning HR role where success is measured by store performance, retention, and workforce consistency across assigned locations.
