Learn more at and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Technician to join our integration business unit.Primary Responsibilities:Install headend equipment, all field devices for a variety of Nurse Call, RTLS, Fire Alarm and Security systems. Install cable as well as testing connectors, labeling and firestop. Assure that the equipment provides the service requested by the customer, ensuring the documentation and database is updatedCoordinate and oversee contracted work with the contractor, provide specific instructions and help on projects, inspecting completed work for acceptance and compliance with CTSI standards, and ensuring that the network documentation is updatedAnalyze and layout blueprints, schematics, and drawings of CTSI systems for the purpose of determining the efficient installation of new or upgraded systemsInform Project Manager regarding procedures and status of work orders for the purpose of providing information for making decisions, taking appropriate action and complying with company policies and building codesCoordinate and supervise the work of the Installers. Ensures that projects are completed within local, state, federal codes, regulations and specificationsParticipate in approved job-related training and development programs. Participates in equipment training and receives certification, and operates equipment as neededMaintains assigned vehicles and equipment are in excellent condition. Ensures availability of items required to complete the necessary installation and repairUse existing site certifications to track, document, and resolve technical problemsEnsure safety procedures are always followedUpdates & maintains documentation (Time Web, daily worksheets & all other paperwork)Establish effective working relationships with those contacted during work, and communicate clearly, and effectively both orally and in writingManages multiple priorities and deadlines and works effectively with minimal supervisionEnsure quality control for assigned taskClean up work area dailyBasic Qualifications:High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or two years related experience or training on manufacturer systems installations; or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years' experience within the security alarm industryDriver's license with clean driving recordC-Cure Security CertificationThe hourly pay range for this position is $30-42 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
