The Opportunity
We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Hart that are seeking skilled Working Supervisors. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of production line personnel.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material flow to production lines.
- Prepare daily production reports and communicate operational status to management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years manufacturing experience with 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and mentor team members.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with all levels.
