Key Account Executive~ Jacksonville, FL territory

Labcorp seeks a field-based Key Account Executive for the Jacksonville, Florida territory to manage and grow assigned client accounts through education, upselling, and superior service delivery. The role involves account management, customer retention, and collaboration with internal operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Educate and upsell assigned and newly generated accounts within the territory
• Manage day-to-day account operations and serve as client liaison to operations team
• Provide ongoing service, problem resolution, and educational materials to customer base
• Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner and collaborate with senior representatives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of outside sales or account management experience preferred
• Healthcare industry experience
• Proven track record managing a book of business
• Superior customer service and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and valid driver's license
