Service Receptionist (BDC Receptionist)
Join our growing Service Team! We’re looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Service Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people.
This position pays $18-$25 per hour
What You’ll Do- Welcome customers and provide exceptional service in person and by phone.
- Schedule service appointments and manage customer follow-up.
- Coordinate communication between customers, Service Advisors, Parts, and insurance companies.
- Notify customers when parts arrive and coordinate installation appointments.
- Assist with service paperwork, data entry, and vehicle check-ins.
- Complete new vehicle damage checks and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) paperwork.
- Address customer questions and concerns professionally.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Automotive dealership or service experience is a plus.
