The General Manager will play a central role in ensuring the success and integrity of their day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team Recruit, train, and inspire staff to create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and top-tier Drive Daily Operations Oversee all aspects of store operations including opening/closing, delegation of tasks, cleanliness, and the in-store experience. Ensure Regulatory Compliance Stay current with NJ-CRC regulations and ensure strict compliance with all SOPs and reporting standards. Responsible for audits, documentation, and compliance oversight. Monitor KPIs, coach team members on product knowledge and upselling, and ensure each customer interaction aligns with their brand values. Inventory Oversight & Reporting Partner with inventory leads to manage stock levels, reduce shrinkage, and ensure accurate sales and forecasting reports. Act as a Brand Ambassador Represent the store in the community and uphold the company’s values with professionalism and integrity.
