This role partners closely with Product, Sales, and subject matter experts to drive pipeline, adoption, and revenue impact.This is a portfolio-focused role (not a single-product PMM), leveraging scalable frameworks and AI-enabled tools to deliver high-quality, consistent outputs at scale.What You’ll Do:Portfolio Ownership & MessagingOwn positioning and messaging across the Consumer Experience portfolio, ensuring every product is clearly differentiated and consistently represented in the marketTranslate inputs from Product and SMEs into compelling narratives that resonate with buyers and drive actionPresent findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership with clarity and confidenceGo-to-Market & Revenue EnablementExecute go-to-market plans for new products, releases, and enhancements, tying messaging directly to pipeline and revenue goalsArm Sales with the assets, plays, and insights needed to move deals from lead to close, including:Battle cardsObjection handling frameworksROI narrativesBuyer-aligned sales motionsDeliver high-impact sales enablement using structured frameworks and toolsPresent directly to Sales teams and engage in the field when it matters mostAI & Scalable ContentMaintain structured messaging inputs (e.g., personas, use cases, value drivers) used in AI-powered toolsEnsure AI-generated and templated content is accurate, consistent, and aligned to market realitiesContinuously improve reusable messaging assets to drive efficiency and scaleMarket Insight & Client EngagementEngage regularly with clients and prospects to validate messaging and stay ahead of market trendsOwn the Consumer Experience Client Advisory Board, including:Agenda setting and facilitationSynthesizing client insightsTranslating feedback into sharper positioning and more effective GTM strategiesSupport client-facing conversations with clear, confident articulation of valueWhat You’ll Bring5–8 years of product marketing experience in healthcare SaaS or health tech (consumer- or patient-facing solutions strongly preferred)Proven track record managing a product portfolio (not just a single product)Experience building sales enablement programs that drive pipeline, including assets, plays, and supporting dataExceptional storytelling and presentation skills; comfortable in sales meetings, advisory boards, and executive reviewsStrong public speaking and client-facing presenceSharp written and verbal communication skillsAbility to synthesize complex inputs into clear, compelling messagingComfortable working within defined frameworks while managing shifting prioritiesExperience partnering closely with Sales and Product ManagementEducationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)Growth OpportunityOpportunity to expand scope and ownership as the domain and product portfolio evolveThe above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this job function.
