About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 5 plus years of current experience in Labor and Delivery in an acute setting. License: Must have a state or compact license. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP; Intermediate AWHONN Fetal Monitoring. Must-Have: Experience in Labor and Delivery, Post Partum, and Nursery. Description: The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Labor and Delivery. They must have proficiency in post-operative care and nursery care. Familiarity with Meditech EMR is required. The role involves working in Labor and Delivery, Post Partum, and Nursery. Float within the scope of practice is required. Every other weekend coverage is mandatory. Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated. The staffing model follows a standard schedule. Census and staffing levels may impact ratios. Orientation occurs bi-weekly. The candidate must reside within 75 miles of the facility to be considered. All assignments need confirmation within 24 hours of acceptance. A driver's license is required for submission. Candidates should not be submitted for multiple positions simultaneously.
