What We’re Looking For: Some experience in maintenance or a related field (residential experience is a plus, but not required) Basic knowledge of general repairs such as painting, light plumbing, electrical, or carpentry—or a willingness to learn Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing apartments for new residents A reliable, problem‑solving mindset with a willingness to take initiative Positive communication skills and the ability to work well with residents and team members A strong work ethic and commitment to providing great service Interest in growing your skills and taking on new challenges over time If you don’t feel like you meet every requirement, we still strongly encourage you to apply.
