General Manager – New Bern Grand Marina This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a marina that has been recently added to our growing portfolio. As the Marina General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the marina, overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading capital improvement projects. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and ownership and develop, manage and monitor budgets and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Supervision, coordination, and evaluation of staff to ensure safe, smooth wet slip docking, fueling, maintenance and housekeeping. Oversee grounds, equipment and building maintenance to ensure the property is in excellent condition and exceeds our customers’ expectations, ensuring an adequate inventory of all supplies needed. Oversee winterization of docks, fuel dock, pool area and buildings. Assist in hiring, evaluating employee performance, motivating, coaching employees, and addressing customer or tenant concerns. Partner closely with the Marina Leadership team to deliver budgets, objectives, and overall progress of the Marina.
