Job Description

Join our team as an HVAC Technician working on an exciting 5-story apartment project in Shaker Heights, OH. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in HVAC installation and blueprint reading. This position offers a steady daytime schedule, with no work on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Install square, flexible, and round ducts efficiently and accurately.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure proper installation procedures.
• Complete rough-ins and install copper AC lines.
• Perform square duct and flex runs in accordance with project specifications.

• Experience in HVAC, whether recent or from trade school.
• Proficiency in using HVAC basic hand tools.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.

• Possession of a personal tool list including snips, crimpers, tongs, hammer, screwdriver, tool belt, hard hat, safety glasses, high-visibility vest, and steel-toed boots.
• Any level of HVAC experience and a willingness to learn and be reliable.

Work Environment

The project is located in a 5-story apartment building in Shaker Heights, OH. You will work a daytime schedule from 7 AM to 3:30/4:30 PM, depending on the work schedule, with no Saturday shifts. The role requires adherence to safety standards, including wearing a hard hat, safety glasses, high-visibility vest, and steel-toed boots.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shaker Heights, OH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
