Reach Truck Operator

Position Summary We are seeking experienced Reach Truck Operators to join a growing warehouse team. This position is responsible for safely operating a reach truck to move, store, and retrieve products throughout the facility while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards. Successful candidates will have previous forklift experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Pay: $19.00 per hour Shifts Available:

1. st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
2. nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–9:00 PM

Responsibilities Operate a reach truck to transport materials and products safely. Load, unload, move, and stage inventory throughout the warehouse. Pick and put away materials using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Maintain accurate inventory and follow established procedures. Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues. Keep work areas clean and organized. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous reach truck or forklift experience required. Ability to pass E-Verify and background screening. Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred. Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Reliable transportation and attendance.
