Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
• AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS: Required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS: Required
• At least two years recent experience in the field
• EPIC experience: Required

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care.
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff while coordinating care with other disciplines.
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
• Develop and implement care plans and evaluate progress toward outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in delivering safe and effective care.
• Provide health information and learning opportunities for patients and families.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
