Front Desk Officer

Manage client communications via WhatsApp, email and phone Respond to inquiries regarding lessons, programs, schedules, prices and availability Assist clients with bookings, confirmations, payments and rescheduling Provide clear and accurate information about the center’s services Suggest suitable alternatives when a requested service or time slot is unavailable Help convert client inquiries into bookings while maintaining excellent service Coordinate with the Office Manager, Head Coach, Tennis Director and on-site teams Support reception and pro shop operations when required Maintain organized communication records and ensure reliable follow-up Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional, friendly and solution-oriented approach Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage several conversations and requests simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Commercial mindset and ability to understand clients’ needs Patient, adaptable and able to remain calm when dealing with demanding situations Positive attitude and strong team spirit #J-18808-Ljbffr
