Territory Field Sales Leader & Mentor
Allegiant Business Group
Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Sales Representative & Field Trainer to drive growth in a local Texas territory. This full-time role combines outside sales with leadership development, mentoring newer agents while expanding your own book of business.
You will meet business owners face-to-face, present benefits, and tailor supplemental insurance solutions to client needs, all while operating with autonomy and receiving structured training and leadership guidance.
