Job Responsibilities Ensure regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation. Adhere to store operating policies and standards, including delivering quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and maintaining store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation. Engage with customers to understand their needs and respond effectively through clear and friendly communication. Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customize them based on customer requests, including adjustments in temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions. Be flexible and available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift. Qualifications - Required High school diploma or equivalent. Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant, coffee shop, retail, or hospitality environment preferred. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive guest experience. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate, coach, and support team members during assigned shifts. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions during daily operations. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Qualifications - Preferred Previous Starbucks or specialty coffee experience. Experience operating a point-of-sale (POS) system and handling cash transactions.
