Data & Analytics Analyst

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year

Requirements:

We require a bachelors degree in Data & Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or another related quantitative, analytical, or technical discipline. We are looking for a strong interest in using data to solve business problems and shape decisions. We value familiarity with analytical tools or technologies such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI. We seek demonstrated leadership potential, initiative, and the ability to take ownership of work. We need strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. We are looking for the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment. A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred. We are not offering visa sponsorship for this position. We analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover insights that support business decisions. We develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key trends and outcomes. We partner with business and technology teams to understand needs and convert them into analytical solutions. We apply data management and governance principles to help ensure data accuracy and integrity. We use tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, Tableau, and cloud-based platforms to support analytics work. We deliver insights that influence business strategy and improve client and operational outcomes. We take ownership of projects and contribute to high-impact results. We collaborate across teams, share insights, and help drive solutions in a supportive environment. We build relationships with program managers, alumni, senior leaders, and peers.
