Employment Type: Temporary, approximately 2-3 months FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: Part-time, approximately 2-3 hours per day, flexible timing Job Summary: Review design treatments against a written design bar and rule set, using the client's internal review tool, to judge whether a proposed change to a page or flow will move metrics Score and label each design treatment, with a short written critique when the call is contested Think critically about alternative solutions when presented with a narrow set of design directions Flag patterns, including recurring mistakes, gaps in the design bar, and cases the existing rules don't cover Join a short weekly calibration session with the client's head of design for the growth organization Help train an automated design reviewer through consistent, well-reasoned judgments, since consistency matters more than throughput Provide direct, specific feedback on generated design treatments, nudging them toward stronger outcomes Requirements: Direct, hands-on experience on a growth or experimentation-heavy product team (not adjacent) — the single strongest signal, well above years of experience or seniority Experience running or analyzing A/B tests No ego about grading someone else's output; comfortable doing this type of review repeatedly Strong ability to reason from data and comfortable being wrong in public about what will win Concise, effective written communication; critiques need to land for someone who didn't see the design Ability to distill product sense into specific, actionable feedback rather than vague commentary Preferred: experience writing or maintaining design guidelines, heuristics, or a review rubric Eastridge Workforce Solutions
