JOB SUMMARY:

A client insight advisor will be responsible for... helping a guest become a customer! You are the bridge between the guest and their future vehicle that suits their driving needs and preferences. You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with the dealership's vehicles and their capabilities. We will give you the training to be successful so no experience is needed. Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Responding to inbound phone and internet inquiries
• Initiate outbound phone follow up to aid in the vehicle search process
• Having knowledge of the dealership's vehicles and explaining their features and warranties to customers
• Answer guest questions about cars, financing and purchase process
• Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• State driver’s license with satisfactory DMV driving record
• Must meet other company requirements for employment such as background check and drug test
• No experience is necessary. We will train you!

PAY: We offer a competitive commissions and bonuses pay plan.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT:

Is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach, stoop, kneel and crouch. Required to sit, climb or balance and taste/smell. Must lift within the parameters of the responsibility of the job. Must have close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
