US Immigration Team Position

The position is for US Immigration team handling Extension, amendment and I-9 process for expats travelling from India to the USA and within USA. Responsibilities include handling emails and calls from customers( associate and attorneys ) regarding their inquiries, analyzing the error in documentation and providing the proper guidance to associates, maintaining the records of associate's details, performing data entry of the immigration related documents, reviewing the documents and initiating the application with attorneys, preparing and updating documents including emails, reports and drafts, providing general administrative and clerical support including opening the mails, scanning and dispatching the documents. Initiating I-9 verification for the new joiners. Performing I-9 duties and re-verification. Qualifications: Any Degree Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
