Duties / Responsibilities Coordinate the full‑cycle recruiting process for engineering, operations, and administrative roles. Proactively source candidates via phone, email, texts, job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals. Screen candidates through interviews and reference checks, learning about their goals, skill set, and interests to ensure alignment. Coordinate and schedule interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience. Communicate promptly and accurately with hiring managers and applicants to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Maintain candidate records in our HRIS and document every hire for compliance. Collaborate with managers to understand the skills and competencies required for openings. Develop talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles; foster relationships with active and passive candidates. Travel to colleges, technical schools, high schools, recruiting fairs, etc., to promote F&V employment opportunities. Perform other related duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience. Strong sourcing instincts; you don’t wait for applicants—you go find the right people. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and strong judgment, while having strong presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
