Portfolio Analyst

Provide licensed investment and analytical support to Individual/Trust Account Portfolio Managers Conduct economic, market, industry, portfolio, risk, and loss forecasting analysis Prepare trust portfolio status and performance reports for clients and management Participate in client review meetings and present portfolio performance and investment strategies Assist with stock, bond, and mutual fund trade execution and verification Monitor portfolio assets and adherence to client investment policy statements Develop observations and investment recommendations for portfolio adjustments Monitor portfolio rebalancing and help resolve client service issues Gather client information with TCSG for service resolution Initiate client service requests through Salesforce CRM and liaise among TCSG, clients, and Portfolio Management Update wealth management databases and client records Conduct ad hoc research requested by management Requirements 2+ years of financial services experience FINRA Series 65 license must be obtained within 120 days from start date; preferred and may be obtained within 90 days if not currently licensed Beginner or intermediate level of investment knowledge Bachelor’s degree preferred qualification Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities Client-facing relationship management experience Self-directed, motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to analyze and prioritize large amounts of information Knowledge of capital markets and the investment management industry Sedentary work capability Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in investment analysis, portfolio management, and client relationship management, with a strong focus on attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in utilizing Salesforce CRM for client service requests and maintaining accurate wealth management databases.
