Registered Nurse – Critical Care

Schedule: Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36.00 hours per week

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
• At least two years of recent experience in the field: Required
• EPIC experience: Required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide patient care in a safe and caring environment.
• Collect and analyze relevant data pertinent to patients' health or situations, developing care plans and implementing interventions.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide learning opportunities for patients and team members.

Compliance / Notes:

• Orientation and training requirements will be provided at the start of the assignment.
• Holiday RTO will not be approved.
